The speakers
Key speakers make the event a “must-see” and address the wider issues of the industry rather than speak only about their own product. They also discuss new developments, trends and innovations in the Industry. As well as this small select group of top speakers members and non-members are invited to propose presentations in the conference room, which provides a valuable platform for Hospitality suppliers and manufacturers to keep up to date on the latest technological, strategic and marketing developments in this fast-evolving industry. The full range of products and services for the industry will be covered. Each of these speakers brings a wealth of experience from their relevant country to both educate the membership and to pave the way for companies wishing to do business with their relevant country.
Segmentation of speakers into logical groupings is made for ease of visitors e.g. Suppliers, Recruitment Companies, Billing, IT and Telecom, International sales, customer care & procurement, location opportunities, Emerging Markets, Combating Fraud, Telemarketing. Increasing revenue, Customer care.
Institute of World Hospitality Management Member companies who inform us of the title of their presentation on time are given preferential time slots and should there still be spots available certain non member companies will also be allocated a spot. Only then can the exact agenda be available.
Also, as speakers are occasionally hindered we also offer selected attendees the chance to present their company to the assembly. If you would like to be considered for this please contact us.
Sessions are drawn for the exhibitors and attendees who have submitted papers of interest and can offer case histories and pass on their experiences to emerging companies and suppliers.
